1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
2. SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times:
India: 3–7 Business Days
United States: 7–15 Business Days
Canada: 7–18 Business Days
United Kingdom: 7–15 Business Days
Europe: 7–18 Business Days
Australia & New Zealand: 8–20 Business Days
Other International Destinations: 10–25 Business Days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges unless explicitly stated.
6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, ZOHRA ENTERPRISE cannot guarantee address modifications and additional shipping charges may apply.
7. LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
ZOHRA ENTERPRISE is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping issues with the carrier.
8. DELIVERY FAILURE
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or unpaid customs charges, additional shipping fees may be required to reship the order.
